1. About these terms

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Velrano Temple (the "App"), an online 3D meditation space operated by Velrano System ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with an email address and password or with your Google account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Free service and future paid features

The App is currently free. Some items (for example hats, robes and accessories) and activities may become paid features in future. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We will clearly show the price before you pay and you will never be charged without confirming a purchase. Items you already received free of charge or as a gift will stay in your account when paid features start.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts that support running the servers and creating content. Unless the law requires otherwise, donations are not refundable and do not buy goods or services. We are not a registered charity unless we state otherwise, so donations may not be tax deductible.

5. Share rewards

When we run a "share and receive a free hat" promotion, you can upload a screenshot of your public post. We review claims and normally gift the item within 24 hours. One reward per account per promotion. We may refuse claims that are not genuine.

6. Acceptable use

Please be respectful. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to disrupt the servers, cheat merit or levels, or access accounts or data that are not yours. Chat is only shown to people near you in the 3D space; we may remove messages, wishes or claims that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the names, wishes, messages and images you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display them in the App for the purpose you submitted them, and to moderate or remove them.

8. Our content

The App's design, 3D scenes, text and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only through the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, open or close servers, or update these Terms. If we make important changes we will tell you in the App; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Not professional advice

Meditation guidance, quotes and sutra texts are shared for spiritual and educational purposes. They are not medical or psychological advice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
